Meet the Woman Behind the Pages

I didn’t write In Sync from theory. I wrote it from survival, from healing, and from lived devotion to rhythm.

At 26, my body began shutting down under the weight of PCOS, severe GI disorder, exhaustion, and years of survival mode. Doctors offered me more medications and dismissals, but never the tools to truly understand myself.

Out of desperation, I turned inward — and that journey led me to a 100-pound natural weight loss, restored energy, and the realization that living in sync with my body’s cycles wasn’t just possible, it was essential.

Professionally, I had already been walking beside women in their wellness journeys as an Esthetician. Later, my path led me into entrepreneurship, where I trained through programs such as the NASDAQ Milestone Circle and Cornell University’s Women’s Entrepreneurship program. Along the way, I co-authored the award-winning anthology "The Blueprint of a ThriveHER," which showed me firsthand how women yearn for honest storytelling and practical guidance.

Today, I bring all of that — the lived pain, the ancestral wisdom, the professional practice, and the entrepreneurial fire — into In Sync.

This isn’t just a book.
